"I have my three-year-old in the preschool program now. They are very flexible with part-time programs. I bring her thrice a week for couple hours, just for preschool part.
Their curriculum is basic ABC, numbers, colors, songs, etc. without extra fanciness. Groups are small; I'd say 10-15 three- to five-year-olds. She likes it, and it's very convenient for me without long-time commitment, and I pay just for days she attends.
They are by the St James Club and using their waddle pool in summer. I really loved the teacher in toddler's classroom (Ms. Marquita).
Kids actually sleep during nap time, shoes off, on pillows, and covered with blankets. And they do wipe faces, hands, and runny noses.
I had my eight-year-old in camp last summer. They had pool, outdoor play, activities, and TV every day.
It would've been too much for the whole summer, but in between other camps worked out just fine, and it's just $20 per day! It's acceptable and very affordable."
